“The Point After” Show on WWL Radio broadcasts live from Deanie’s for Saints’ playoff game against Detroit
NEW ORLEANS (Jan. 3, 2012)–Deanie’s Seafood in the French Quarter hosts another season as Saints Radio Headquarters with live broadcasts of Saints Radio Network’s “Point After” Show following the Saints’ home and away games. The NFC South Division Champs New Orleans Saints (13-3) will host the Detroit Lions (10-6) at 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. EST Saturday, marking the first post-season game for the record-breaking team on their way to the Super Bowl.
Saints fans gather at Deanie’s Seafood, located at 841 Iberville St., to participate in “The Point After” radio show featuring former New Orleans Saints quarterback Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert and commentator Big Chief Deke Bellavia. The next “Point After” show at the French Quarter restaurant will take place Saturday, January 7.
Deanie’s Seafood is an exciting game-day destination, where Hebert and Bellavia integrate questions and comments from the live audience along with providing detailed post-game commentary. The French Quarter location opened in 2001 one block off of Canal Street at the corner of Iberville and Dauphine streets in the former D.H. Holmes department store.
“The Point After” is sponsored by Deanie’s Seafood and Zatarain’s and is broadcast locally on the flagship station of Saints Radio Network, WWL 870 AM and 105.3 FM, as well as 33 other Saints Radio Network affiliate stations throughout Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
